Payments will be made by PayPal

I will not be accepting payments done in cryptocurrency

I will require 50% of the payment upfront, as a deposit, and the other 50% after I send you the final revised sketch

I will not start the sketch until I have received the first payment

I will do up to 3 changes to the sketches and will charge a small fee for any drastic change after

For digital commissions, you are buying the digital file, and NOT a physical print

You will receive two versions of the final illustration in HD via email. One will have my signature in it, and the other will have a visible watermark, as well as a GLAZE filter over it.

If you want to post the commission anywhere, please use the watermarked/GLAZED version

You are NOT allowed to submit my art to AI or any machine-learning softwares/programs

You are NOT allowed to modify the final result, such as tracing it to resell or deleting my signature and watermark

You are NOT allowed to claim the work as your own

You are NOT allowed to use the art for any COMMERCIAL USE

You are NOT allowed to use the art for NFTs or any cryptocurrency use (such as games, etc)

I, as the artist, still have the right to the art, meaning I can use it for promotional purposes (you will always be credited as the owner)

If you decide to cancel the commission after sending the deposit and receiving a finalized sketch, you will not get that deposit refunded (If you cancel BEFORE receiving the sketch, you will be given the deposit back)

The final price is not negotiable

I am allowed to decline your commission if it crosses my boundaries, you come off as rude, or if I have too many orders

You might have to wait anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks for the work to be completed, depending on the complexity and how many orders I have (I will always keep you updated, regardless)

If I cannot finish the work for whatever reason, you will be contacted, and will be refunded.

If you do not pay within a week of request, your order will be canceled
